Case Management

Our Case Managers provide holistic support to help survivors rebuild their lives. They connect clients with mental, behavioral, and physical health resources to ensure they receive the care they need. Whether it’s finding job opportunities, attending job fairs, or accessing income support services, we’re here to help them achieve financial stability. We also assist with housing programs and can help relocate clients if their support system is outside of New Mexico. For those with children, we connect them to programs that support the entire family. From educational and vocational opportunities for adults and kids, to transportation assistance, victim services, and support groups, we are dedicated to empowering survivors every step of the way.
