No, all our services, including shelter, are free of charge.
All our victim/survivor services, including shelter, are free of charge. However, BIPP (Batterer Intervention and Prevention Program) and SESV (Supportive Education for Sexual Violence) services do have associated fees.
Our services are available to anyone affected by domestic violence, regardless of gender, age, or background.
We assist with housing referrals and can help you transition to safe, stable housing after your stay.
You do not need to bring anything, but if possible, bring important documents, medications, and personal items.
Safety and Confidentiality
Yes, all your information will be kept strictly confidential to ensure your safety. However, there are exceptions: If you disclose intent to harm yourself or others, or if staff determines that you are at risk; if we learn of or suspect child, elder, or dependent adult abuse, we are required to report it to the appropriate authorities; and if we receive a court order that we are legally obligated to follow.
Yes, children are welcome, and we provide services to support both you and your dependent children.
We have security measures in place to protect all residents. If additional safety planning is needed, we will work with you to create a plan.
Legal and Counseling Services
Yes, we connect victims with civil legal services regarding protection orders, child support, child custody, paternity, divorce, immigration, assistance with U-Visa, and VAWA self-petitions, help with protective orders, custody issues, other related legal matters and we provide legal advocacy.
Yes, we offer individual and group counseling for survivors to help with emotional healing and recovery.

When we have the capacity, we'll do our best to accommodate both you and your pet. Please note that pets and Emotional Support Animals/Service Animals must be vaccinated and registered according to city policy. If needed, we can help you find resources to meet these requirements.
